1. Pricing & Vendor Payout
The vendor submits the selling price for each product. Multimaart lists the product at a final price set by the company, with the platform’s margin added on top of the vendor’s price — no commission is deducted from the vendor’s amount. The full vendor price for every successfully delivered order is released to the vendor after the return/replacement period is completed.
2. Payment Release Policy
The company will release the payment to the vendor only after the return policy period is completed for the product.
3. Product Pricing Policy
The vendor will submit the base price of the product, after which the company will set the final selling price and list the product for sale.
4. Product Packaging Video Policy
While packaging the product, the vendor must record a video of the packaging process as proof.
• The video does not need to be uploaded.
• The vendor must keep the video safely until the return policy period is completed.
• After the return period is over, the vendor may delete the video.
5. Product Quality Responsibility
Vendors must ensure that all products listed on the platform are authentic, properly packaged, and in good condition.
6. Order Processing Policy
Vendors must process and dispatch orders within the specified time provided by the platform.
7. Return & Replacement Cooperation
Vendors must cooperate with the company in handling returns, replacements, and customer complaints.
8. Compliance Policy
Vendors must follow all company rules, policies, and marketplace guidelines.
