Shopping Policy
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ship across India. Shipping charges, COD availability and delivery speed depend on your pincode, cart value and seller location — always shown clearly before you place the order.

Processing & Dispatch
Sellers typically pack and hand over shipments within 1–3 business days after confirmation (festive seasons may take longer). You get a tracking link once the courier picks up the parcel.

Delivery Timelines
Most metro / major city deliveries arrive in about 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take 5–7+ business days. Estimates are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Charges
Shipping may be free above promotional thresholds (for example orders above ₹500 — as advertised). Otherwise courier charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance and service type.

Failed Delivery
Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the shipment may return to the seller. Re-shipping or refund options depend on payment mode and seller policy.

Damaged in Transit
If a package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery when possible and contact support with photos within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the seller and courier for replacement or refund.
