Changed your mind or received the wrong size? Most Multimaart orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. A few categories stay non-returnable for hygiene or customisation — we flag those clearly.

Eligible Condition
- Unused and unworn
- Original packaging with all tags
- Invoice / packing slip included when possible
- No stains, odour, alterations or damage

How to Start a Return
Open the order, choose the item, select Return / Exchange and follow the prompts. Our courier partner schedules pickup in about 2–3 business days in most cities.

Refund Timeline
After the return is received and quality-checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (or wallet/store credit if selected).

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, items such as intimates, certain personal-care products, perishables, customised / made-to-order goods and gift cards are typically non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Product pages note special rules when they apply.
- Orders of ₹999 or more: exchange only — refund returns are not available.
- Products bought with a purchase-reward coupon (special price): no return and no exchange.
