Product details are provided by sellers. Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (or COD acceptance) and seller/stock validation.
You agree to pay the displayed total including taxes and shipping. Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. Multimaart does not store full card details on our servers.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in goods typically passes on delivery to the address you provided. Please check packages on receipt and report damage promptly via My Orders or support.
Returns follow our Return Policy. Cancellations before dispatch may be allowed depending on order status. Misuse of returns (e.g. used/soiled items) may lead to claim rejection.
Vendors must list accurate products, honour orders, follow KYC and packing guidelines, and comply with Indian law. Multimaart may delist products or suspend sellers that breach platform rules.
